Brad Benedetto is a dedicated and compassionate family law attorney committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complex legal issues surrounding family matters. With his extensive experience and deep understanding of family law, Brad provides expert guidance and representation tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Brad specializes in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and parenting time, spousal support, child support, property division, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and alternative dispute resolution. He brings a comprehensive knowledge of Michigan's family law statutes and stays up-to-date with the latest legal developments to provide the highest level of representation. Brad also serves as a legal liaison for OurFamilyWizard. In this role, he educates judges, lawyers, and other family law professionals on the online tools that are used to reduce conflict and increase accountability in high-conflict co- parenting situations.

Brad is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association, Grand Rapids Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section. Brad is also a member of the Amicable Divorce Network and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Brad earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and his B.S. from the University of Dayton.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys playing golf, skiing, cheering on the Detroit professional sports teams, and spending time with family & friends.
